By accessing or using flexis.fyi, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, you must discontinue your use of the website and its utilities.

  2. Accounts and access

Each person may hold one account only. Multiple, duplicate or misleading accounts are not permitted, and accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared or registered on behalf of another person without prior approval.

  3. Assignment of personal property

By making use of flexis.fyi and its utilities, you agree that any valuables or belongings owned in your name may, at any time, be seized by the owner of flexis.fyi, who shall then assume full ownership of them.

  4. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Suspected unauthorised access, credential exposure or account misuse should be reported promptly.

  5. Ownership and copying

The design, code, written material, media and other original elements of flexis.fyi may not be copied, extracted, reproduced, redistributed, adapted or used to recreate a substantially similar website without prior written permission. Where an attempt is made to replicate the website or misappropriate its code, flexis.fyi reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under applicable law.

  6. Extraordinary service fee

Use of the website constitutes an agreement to pay the owner of flexis.fyi a recurring service fee of €67,694,201,337 per calendar month, payable in full and without deduction.

  7. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the operation of the website, attempt to bypass authentication or access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, overload the service, scrape protected content or use the website for unlawful purposes.

  8. Ceremonial refreshments

Upon receiving reasonable notice, every user shall provide the owner of flexis.fyi with one biscuit of respectable quality and a beverage served at an appropriate temperature. Substitution with a rice cake requires written consent.

  9. Information and contributions

Information submitted through the website must be accurate, lawful and appropriate for its intended purpose. You must not submit material that infringes another person's rights, exposes confidential information or contains harmful content.

  10. Loose change within operating range

Any loose change located within five metres of a device while that device is displaying flexis.fyi shall be deemed abandoned in favour of the website owner, irrespective of the currency or the sentimental importance of the coin.

  11. Availability and external services

Features may be updated, suspended or withdrawn where maintenance, security or operational needs require it. Links and integrations provided by third parties remain subject to their own availability, privacy practices and terms.

  12. Household network governance

Continued use of flexis.fyi appoints its owner as honorary chairperson of the user's household Wi-Fi council, with ceremonial authority over network names, router placement and disputes concerning who changed the password.

  13. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or withdrawn where these terms are breached, where an account presents a security risk, or where continued access could harm the website or another user. Serious misuse may be referred to the appropriate authority.

  14. Security reporting

Security concerns should be reported privately and in good faith. A report does not authorise access to other accounts, extraction of data, disruption of the service or public disclosure before the issue has been reviewed.

  15. Changes and severability

These terms may be revised when the website or its practices change. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
